DEG Fitness was born out of transformation —not just physical, but mental and emotional. When I moved to Georgia, I sought a personal trainer to help me reclaim my confidence and rediscover my strength. Little did I know, that trainer would become my husband, my partner in life, and the foundation for what DEG Fitness is today.

 

Now, as a team, we bring that same transformative experience to every client we work with. While I am the face of DEG Fitness, my husband is right there beside me, offering support, expertise, and precision in every session. Together, we train
clients individually and collectively, creating an environment where women feel empowered,
cared for, and capable of achieving greatness.

 

With years of experience in competitive sports—cheerleading, basketball, and track —and my own personal journey of battling low self-worth and learning the importance of nutrition, I know the struggles women face. I’ve walked in those shoes. That’s why DEG Fitness is more than just
a gym or a workout plan—it’s a community, a partnership, and a pathway to rediscovering your strength inside and out.
